Five separate leave questions
Entitlement
Statutory or pro-rated annual leave depends on service and applicable rules.
Confirmed balance
Use the employer record or a balance you want to test.
Leave during notice
Approved leave can be taken while the employment and notice period continue.
Leave offset
With agreement, leave may offset notice and bring forward the last day.
Paid at termination
Any remaining encashment amount needs confirmation from HR and payroll.
Formula and limits
Daily gross rate = 12 × monthly gross rate of pay ÷ (52 × average working days per week). The unused leave estimate is the daily gross rate × confirmed unused leave days. This does not decide actual entitlement, final balance, offset treatment or misconduct outcomes.
