MVP privacy approach

NoticePayCheck has no login, no database, no payment system, and no intentional app database storage of calculator inputs in this MVP. The calculator runs in the browser. Worksheet inputs may be kept temporarily in browser session storage so you can continue on the same device and browser tab during the current session.

Copy actions create a plain-text result summary with a page link that does not embed calculator inputs in the URL. Avoid entering sensitive personal information. The MVP does not need your name, employer name, employee number, address, identity documents, or personal files.

Free summary PDF files are generated locally in your browser. NoticePayCheck does not upload PDF contents or calculation results to a server for PDF generation.

Cookies and analytics

NoticePayCheck may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage, such as page visits and basic interaction events. It may also use Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings.

Analytics IDs and related scripts may be disabled when the required environment variables are not configured. Calculator event analytics are designed not to send salary amounts, leave days, resignation dates, final working dates, report contents, or other raw user-entered sensitive values.

Microsoft Clarity is excluded from interactive calculator routes that collect salary, date, working-day, notice-day, or leave-day inputs. Calculator analytics use fixed event categories only and do not include worksheet values or results.

If you email us, the content of your message is decided by you and delivered through your own email provider. Please do not send identification documents, bank details, passwords, complete payslips, or other highly sensitive personal information.

FAQ

Can I rely on this estimate for a final pay claim?
Treat it as a preparation worksheet only. Use it to identify questions for HR and compare visible components, then verify against your contract, payroll records, and official guidance.
Does the estimate include severance or redundancy pay?
No. Severance, redundancy, long service payment, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, and similar complex items are intentionally outside the MVP.
Why do you show source cards?
The source cards make it clear which public guidance informed the page and result cautions. They also show when the source metadata was last checked.
