The worksheet separates incomplete-month salary, notice-related amounts and unused annual leave. Unknown items stay marked for confirmation instead of becoming zero.

Before you calculate

Confirm the payroll working-day count, days actually worked, notice basis and leave balance. Complex rosters should be checked with payroll.

How the worksheet uses MOM formulas

Incomplete month

Monthly gross rate ÷ total working days in the month × days actually worked. The worksheet is for monthly-rated full-time employees.

Daily gross rate

12 × monthly gross rate of pay ÷ (52 × average working days required per week).

Leave and notice

Daily gross rate × confirmed days. The calculator does not infer whether those days are payable.

Total working days exclude rest days and non-working days and include public holidays on normal working days. Days actually worked may include eligible paid public holidays, paid hospitalisation leave and annual leave. Confirm rotating shifts, unusual schedules, unpaid leave, reservist periods and contract-specific treatment with payroll.

Private by design

This calculator stores its versioned worksheet state in sessionStorage for the current browser session. Salary, dates, working days, leave days and results do not enter the URL. Copy page link uses the query-free pathname, and Reset / Clear deletes this calculator’s session state.

FAQ

What does this Singapore final salary calculator include?
It can show an incomplete-month salary estimate, a notice-related worksheet amount when you enter a confirmed payable-day basis, an unused annual leave estimate, and a subtotal of only those included components.
Does the subtotal show my official final salary?
No. It is an included worksheet subtotal for planning. It excludes CPF, tax, deductions, bonus, AWS, commission, benefits, expenses, severance, retrenchment and disputed outcomes.
How are working days counted for incomplete-month salary?
MOM says total working days exclude rest days and non-working days but include public holidays on normal working days. Days actually worked may include eligible paid public holidays, paid hospitalisation leave and annual leave.
Does the calculator decide whether unused leave must be paid?
No. You enter a confirmed or test leave balance. The calculator estimates an amount but does not decide entitlement, misconduct outcomes, leave offsets or contract treatment.
Are salary and dates added to the URL?
No. Worksheet state uses versioned sessionStorage for the current browser session. Salary, dates, leave days and results are not placed in the URL, and Reset / Clear removes this page’s session state.
